The Meg in Coral Spot

Panache’s Cleo line always manages to combine fun, even whimsical designs with an emphasis on shaping and support.  Even though I personally struggle to achieve a perfect fit with the brand, I can not help but admire the loveliness of the designs for the upcoming season.  The use of aquamarine works well and is an unusual but flattering color choice for lingerie, and I adore the purple Lucy.  Which design was your favorite?

Cleo by Panache and Freya are without a doubt the two ss13 collections I’m looking forward to most. I can’t wait to get my hands on the Marcie in Aquamarine and the Maddie. And the Lucy. And The Melissa. And Juna in Strawberry. So that’s pretty much all of them :P x

    • Erica Erica says:

That aquamarine color is just outstanding! I think Cleo and Freya both had similar ideas with quirkier prints and brighter colors, and both collections turned out lovely!

  2. Erin says:

When will these bras be available? I think the ss13 refers to spring/summer 2013, but I’m not sure what month that means. I’m getting so excited!! I got my first soft cup bras in October (the Meg, Marcie, and Zia) and I can’t wait to get more of them. I had no idea a non molded bra could be so awesome. They’re actually I all wear now, so I’m excited for more.

Do you know if the Melissa and the Bella are of a similar shape to the Meg, or more along the lines of Zia? The Meg fits me perfectly, the Zia slightly less so (but still good enough!)

Hi Erin! If you check underneath each picture, there’s a release date for the styles. All of them are releasing between January 15th and March 15th, so they’ll be available soon. :) I believe the Melissa is going to fit similarly to the Zia while the Bella will be closer to the Meg. I’m so glad you were able to find some beautiful bras that fit and support. Cleo really came out with some gorgeous colors and fun styles this year. Also, I heard that they are making a babydoll out of the Marcie. How exciting!

  3. I am very impressed that they expanded their cup sizes.

  4. Anna says:

Fun, fun, fun. Every season I love Cleo more and more! Particularly looking forward to the Bella. That print is just gorgeous and if it is indeed based on the Meg, I’ll be very happy—I know I was the exception to the rule, but the Meg was just spot-on for my shape.

    • Erica Erica says:

Hi Anna! Some people had great success with the Meg, and the style itself is adorable. I just wish it was a little less hit-or-miss. And “Fun” definitely sums up Cleo!

  5. BBB says:

The Jude and the Neve look almost the same, but the Neve goes up to an H and the Jude goes to a G. Do you know if they’re the same?

  6. The Juna looks very nice, especially in the nude as I am looking for nude bras, but I’m afraid the cups would be a bit too small.
I did find some nude Neve bras, which I think could be a better choice.I mostly want to try it cause I don’t like bras with high gores and that one is much lower.I tried the Panache Andorra and hated the high gore,it like tried to kill me.haha.But at least it gave me an idea of Panache’s sizing.I seem to prefer cups with at least some kind of lining or light padding too.
It also comes in a peach or peachy pink color, which is one of my faves! :)
The Jude is so pretty, too, but I think I may be sized out.

    • Erica Erica says:

We’ll be replacing Jude with Neve over the couple of weeks, providing the fit stays the same. I hate whenever they discontinue a successful bra like that before I can really test to see if is going to fit as well as the previous model. Maddie is pretty nice from what I have seen, but the gore is definitely higher. If you liked everything else about the Andorra, I’d try the plunge. It’s supposed to be awesome, but they never seem to offer it in basic colors. Of course, if you’re looking for lined/padded bras, that is not going to cut it. What band size do you wear? The new Rebecca Nouveau is going to have a low center gore too and will use that amazing spacer fabric, albeit the price is higher.
