Comexim/Anna Pardal Sizing Update

Hello Everyone,

I have some exciting news for today’s post!  After incredible demand and prodding from fuller-cup customers, Comexim and Anna Pardal will be offering extended sizing for us.  To reflect the changes, they have updated their size chart (below) for me to share with all of you.  Given the narrow underwires and deeper cups of Comexim designs, I know many of our fuller-bust customers will be excited to try the brand’s offerings in a size which fits.

Personally, I am a huge brand advocate for them because they make the only bras which have ever really “gotten” my figure, and I have written multiple reviews which can be found here.  Furthermore, I wanted to update everyone that we will be placing orders with Comexim at the end of every month from here forward to aid in the production schedule, meaning anyone interested in placing orders need to contact me before then to ensure they are added in time.  Our next order will be on November 24th, and due to holiday vacations and scheduling, we will not be placing another order until around January 31st.  Orders placed before the 24th are supposed to be here before the holidays, so if you want to snag a new Comexim bra this year, please hurry and place your order.

Lastly, Comexim and Anna Pardal agreed to perform minor alterations on their bras, such as a raised center gore or reduced cups, to improve the fit for certain breast types at no additional charge.  No other company we carry in the shop is willing to make these kind of concessions toward customers, and if you have experienced any fit issues in the past, it could be worth exploring an altered bra.

Are you excited to see the brand expanding to higher cup sizes?  I know a lot of our customers are!

This is so exciting, as someone who is now almost sized out of my go to brand (Freya). I am going to have to invest in a new bra when my bank account can afford it.

Darci, I switched from Freya when I started heading more for the HH cup into Cleo, and then from Cleo to Comexim. I never realized how many thing I “put up with” in a bra until I tried my first Comexim. Now it’s really hard to settle. Be advised: Comexim bras are proven to be addictive. 🙂

That is totally awesome. I’m not a good candidate for them because of my wider breasts, but their bras look amazing and I’m so happy that women in GG+ can find something with deep cups at a similar price to British brands in America!

The narrow shape does eliminate potential customers, but for they target, they do a great job. I would love to see them create wider root styles though simply because I think they do some very gorgeous things with aesthetic too that everyone should get to enjoy!

They will let you order in size alterations too? Wow, this is amazing! It will make things so much easier for a lot of women. I’ll have to email to order so I can get them before the holiday season. Very exciting!

I was pretty impressed they allowed the alterations too. No brand ever wants to do that, and I think it shows their commitment to quality products!

I’ve ordered from them directly through email before, but I’m looking to order again soon. What sort of extra costs are involved with having you place an order vs contacting them directly?

Hi Madi! We don’t have extra costs per se. All of our Anna Pardal bras are priced at $62, and we tend to price Comexim between $48 and $52 because we have import and shipping costs to absorb. However, we can ship for free for US customers, and the return process is certainly easier. If you’re ever interested in taking advantage, please email me!

What does the reduced cup alteration look like compared to the regular fit? What shape would this alteration be best suited for?

Hi Alyssa! The reduced cup lends the bra a balcony shape vs. the plunge style, especially if this alteration is combined with a raised gore too. We’ve seen it be successful for women in GG+ cup sizes needing less volume at the top of the cup whether because they have high-set breasts or because they lack upper fullness. One of my only scale quibbles with Comexim is that some of the higher cup sizes do have tall, rounded cups (especially toward the side) that are very hard to fill for certain breast types. The reduced cup solves this problem beautifully!

Hi, I’m a bit confused. The size chart is only for Anna Pardal, is there one for Comexim too? Since they have different numbers and letters, would it go up to like…an S cup? Also, when will this be available to order and how would we order? Sorry, lots of questions I know. Thanks!

Hi Xelestial! The size chart is the same for both Anna Pardal and Comexim, but it’s basically in UK sizes. However, I do think it would be an S cup in Comexim’s original size chart. You can order now, and all you need to do is email me! 🙂

Oh my goodness!!! I’m so very very pleased!!!
Just so I understand fully, are you only offering bras in certain CoMex/AP designs, or is it any and all of what’s available on their sites? And at the risk of sounding ridiculously needy, will there be matching panties on all the styles you will offer from them? 😉

      Hi Jenna,

More or less, we’re can get anything on their website. Obviously, there are some which are discontinued or which run out of fabric, which is why I encourage everyone to give me a backup bra just in case something they want is sold out! 🙂 And yes, we can definitely get the matching underwear too!

Hi Jenna! I thought about doing another order at the end of December, but since they’ll be closed anyway, I think it would probably work out to be about the same amount of lead time. Anna Pardal may have some new styles by January 31st too which would be fantastic! 😀

Yeah, that just makes the most sense. 🙂 And it will give me time to decide. I expect I’ll be picking your brains soon to pick the best style. 😉

The Anna Pardal are so gorgeous, especially the Emeline and the Coffee Flower, and most of these bras are in my size 40B. The Comexim seem to be a bit too large for me.

Coffee Flower is supposed to be quite lovely, especially because the base is a very deep chocolate, but Emmeline is gorgeous too with the mix of black and copper. 🙂
